Ferrum College provides online training for Microsoft Office 2007 to all faculty and staff. To access this training you must obtain a username and password. To obtained a username and password please contact Eugene Hacker at 540-365-4248 or ehacker@ferrum.edu.

AS400 Training

Please use the form below to request AS400 and Query Training. AS400 training consists of logging on and off, changing password, printing, and downloading files. AS400 training is offered on a as needed individual basis and takes approxiamately 30 minutes. Query training consists of teaching the basics of Query. Query training is offered during the third week of each month and is aprroxiamately 7 hours of training usually over three days. Query training is limited to three people a month at the present time but Information Services will attempt to grant requests for training for larger groups.
